Teriyaki Madness

We went in an hour before close on Friday night and they had all the chairs already stacked and were annoyed that we came in. The girl at the register was rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. She automatically packed our food to go even though we unstacked chairs to sit down and eat because it was still an hour before the restaurants posted close time. My son dropped his fork on the ground and I asked her for a new one and her response was that she had already put plenty in the bag. It was just a terrible experience. The food was okay, but there were barely any veggies. We felt so unwelcome being there, and there were several people who came in even after us. We definitely will go to a different location next time.

The store is super convenient from my location, 2 minutes from the house. But they have always taken care of me. Chicken is great. Rangoons are on point. If there were short on the chicken, I would call and let them know about it. And they would absolutely hook me up the next time I ordered. Good food, great staff.

Gross food. The “fried” rice was just a soggy over cooked mess, and the “vegetables” were nothing more than a pile of bland cabbage with a sliver of carrot thrown in here and there. The chicken was dry and not cooked to order, was only made edible by dousing it with the teriyaki sauce. Had to immediately wash my hands after picking up the sauce bottle as it was covered with sauce on the outside. Waste of $16

I love this place. You get a lot for your money. The teriyaki sauce is so yummy. It’s all good. Katsu, Spicy Chicken, tofu you name it. It’s nothing serious but it’s a good place to get some causal yummy food and have leftovers.

I’ve never had much of a problem here but this time, the lady running the register was blatantly rude. Her name was Brandy by the way. We came in a half hour before they close with a small take out order. She made us feel like a massive burden. Later, as she went back into the kitchen area, we heard her ranting about us to another employee. I don’t enjoy having to fear that my food will be spat in while it’s being made, for no good reason at all. As someone who works in the fast food industry, this is unacceptable and I will not be returning. She needs a firm talking to.
